Terms & Conditions

Customer who wants to avail our services must submit an Expression of Interest EOI Form along with the EOI Sum Amount of PKR 500,000. This EOI is designed to let our esteemed customers register their interest while applying for Visa and Immigration Services through Mansory Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd. We will only process and entertain those customers who have successfully submitted their EOI along with the EOI Sum Amount. This EOI Form shall not to be treated as a binding contract or an alternate of a retention agreement and it has no legal binding unless the client signs a retention agreement.

Deposit the EOI Sum of PKR 500,000/= in our official bank account. Once the deposit is made, please share the deposit slip along with your Passport Bio Data Page Scan and updated CV on EOI@mansoryconsultants.com or

Once our account department will verify the payment, our team will contact you for your information that will be required for your profile free assessment. Details of our official bank accounts are mentioned below with our NTN Number.

Please note that the EOI Sum is fully refundable before signing the retention agreement. Registration of EOI Form and payment of the EOI Sum is to consider seriousness of clients who are genuinely interested in our services. This EOI will not create any legal binding contract between Mansory Immigration Consultants Pvt. Ltd and the customer before profile assessment. Therefore, customer can cancel this EOI at any time before the profile assessment. Once the profile assessment is done, this client can proceed for the signing of retention agreement with additional payment as per the retention agreement. If the customer claims refund of EOI SUM amount, there will be no deduction and 100% EOI sum will be refunded except bank charges within 03 working days. If the customer claim refund after the profile assessment by our designated Immigration lawyers then PKR 25,000 of the EOI Sum will be non-refundable and balance amount will be refunded within 03 working days.

Mansory Consultants reserves the right to cancel this EOI Form in case of any false information provided by the buyer(s) with immediate effect.
5. Once the customer is satisfied with the profile assessment report and agree on a specific service then it will be binding on the customer to sign the service or retention agreement and the EOI sum will not be refundable in this case.
